As an HVAC Installer at Redding Heating & Air, you will play a crucial role in installing and servicing HVAC systems for our residential and commercial clients. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of HVAC systems, a keen eye for detail, and a dedication to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC systems including heating, cooling, and ventilation units.
• Perform system testing and diagnostics to ensure proper installation.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures during installation.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and services performed.
• Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in high-temperature environments and confined spaces.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification is a plus.
