We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to be the heartbeat of our office, ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and our operations run seamlessly. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on multitasking, is proactive, and can adapt to changing priorities.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize administrative tasks, including scheduling, document management, and correspondence.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
  • Assist with project coordination and ensure smooth operations. Maintain office supplies inventory and handle procurement.
  • Support the team with various administrative duties as needed.
  • Help ensure the company meets profitability goals and exceeds client expectations
  • Lead clients through an exceptional experience during interactions
  • Prepare detailed financial reports on cash flow
  • Develop and maintain sales information to meet milestones and completion dates
  • Maintain, track, and report on financial aspects of projects, including subcontractors, materials, coding, forecasts, and billings
  • Ensure all employees and subcontractors communicate with clients professionally
  • Support and maintain a healthy, happy work environment and corporate culture.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a construction company office environment is an asset, but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with QuickBooks and Google Suite preferred         
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent computer skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.       
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.


Salary and Benefits:

  • Starting Salary at $25.00 - $32.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
