We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our team, ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and our operations run seamlessly.

Responsibilities:

•      Coordinating and dispatching service requests to HVAC technicians.
•      Setting appointments and effectively managing scheduling for technicians.
•      Providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving service-related issues.
•      Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
•      Maintaining accurate records of all calls and customer interactions.
•      Collaborating with internal teams to optimize service operations and enhance customer experience.
•      Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.

Qualifications:

•      Experience in dispatching technicians and installation teams is an advantage, but not a dealbreaker.
•      Proven experience in a customer service role.
•      Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-oriented personality.
•      Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle phone calls with professionalism.
•      Proficiency in scheduling and appointment management using computer systems and software for scheduling and record-keeping.
•      Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
•      Commitment to upholding the company's values and delivering exceptional customer service.

Salary and Benefits:

•      Starting Salary at $25.00 - $32.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
